Please be aware that the Embassy does not provide secretarial, translation or interpreting services, however, it is able to advise on commercial services available locally. Nor can visitors expect Embassy officials to meet them on arrival at airports, provide transport or make hotel bookings, etc. However if, during your visit, serious illness, an accident or other unforeseen personal difficulty should arise, and you need help, you should contact the British Embassy. Although adequate facilities are usually available in hotels, telex and fax facilities are also available at the Embassy on a payment basis.
